how happy you will be with this tv. We have had it for 6 months now and love it. Purchased local at a tweeter store. This plasma is crips and clear with most source material. Do not use a cable box as it will cause lines on the screen go with a cable card or sat instead. The unit does put off some heat so keep this in mind for placement. Other than that enjoy. Down side?...I am trying to think and I really can't, use the optical outs from the entertainment unit and incoming sources other than the cable or sat should be s video or higher but really I have not one complaint on this unit.
