The charging base that came with my Harmony One failed to charge the battery after 2 months. I did a little research and found out this is a common problem. I saw this inexpensive charger on E-Bay that was designed to charge the Harmony battery (plus it came with an extra battery), so I purchased it. This Chineese charger has no instructions, but none are required. Install battery into charger, plug into wall socket, charge several hours, put battery back into Harmony and Harmony works like new. My original Harmony Advanced One remote battery had the bulge of imminent failure. I've read elsewhere that Logitech will replace your bulging battery for free but I didn't want to spend that much time on hold with them. I've had the remote for a couple years already and the battery has had a good enough life. This replacement battery was cheap, came quickly and fits perfectly.

Don't forget to recycle your old batteries at an authorized recycling center.

Works good. The battery came in bulk packaging which is fine, but the shipper did not package it very well and the postal service dinged it up a little.

OEM Replacement

My original Harmony One battery began not to hold a charge very well, so I ordered this as a replacement. As it turns out, the original battery had swollen and was about to fail catastrophically, so this was a good time to replace.

This is the OEM battery, not a knock off. It fits and charges just like the one that came in the package. Spend the money and get this one vice one that comes from a questionable pedigree. Li batteries can be dangerous: even one this small.
